Counseling + Psychotherapy
How can I help you?
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide counseling and psychotherapy for individuals who are struggling with a variety of mental health difficulties or are seeking personal growth. Through counseling, I can help you navigate life’s difficulties, find and stick to your goals, and understand yourself better. Psychotherapy is a longer-term service that I provide for those seeking relief from complex psychological problems, such as a mental illness.
What clinical methods do I use?
I adopt a person-centered approach in my work with my clients. ‘Person-centered’ means that I prioritize understanding you, your problems and your goals for seeking therapy. This understanding helps me develop an intervention plan that suits you best. In addition, to help you meet your goals, my interventions draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques that I was trained in (including cognitive-behavioral techniques, or ‘CBT’). This flexible approach is called ‘Integrative Psychotherapy’ .
